Wellness Became Personal Before It Became Professional

me clearer version.png

For years, I was doing many of the things we are told should help us feel healthy. I tried to eat well, stay active, and push through the busy seasons of life. But despite my efforts, I was dealing with ongoing concerns such as weight gain, poor sleep, severe night sweats, restless leg syndrome that just wouldn't quit, low energy, and joint stiffness and discomfort.

What frustrated me most was not feeling like myself. I knew getting older could bring changes, but I did not believe that feeling exhausted, uncomfortable, and disconnected from my body had to become my new normal.

That frustration inspired me to start learning more about nutrition, the body’s needs, and the connections between the symptoms we experience. I began to see that the body is always communicating, and that symptoms are often signals worth paying attention to rather than simply pushing through or accepting.

As I made changes to my own nutritional foundation and daily habits, I began noticing meaningful improvements. My energy improved, I slept better, my night sweats and restless legs were no longer controlling my nights, my joints felt better, and I began losing weight in a way that felt healthier and more sustainable. Today, I feel healthier and stronger than I did years ago.

My experience inspired me to become a Certified Wholistic Health Coach, so I could help other women better understand what their bodies may be communicating. I wanted to provide the kind of clear education, practical guidance, and personal support that can be so difficult to find when you are overwhelmed by conflicting wellness advice.

I do not believe in one-size-fits-all solutions or quick fixes. Every woman’s experience, health history, goals, and results are different. My role is not to diagnose or promise a specific outcome. It is to help women identify patterns, ask better questions, understand their options, and choose a realistic place to begin.

Helping women matters deeply to me because I know how discouraging it can feel to try hard and still not feel well. Women deserve to feel heard, informed, and supported as they make decisions about their health and wellness.

My goal is to help you stop guessing, start listening to your body, and feel more confident about your next steps.

My Qualifications and Areas of Focus

Certified Wholistic Health Coach
Ongoing Education

Wellness information continues to evolve, so I remain committed to ongoing learning and professional development.

I am constantly taking new courses, regularly researching competitors and their products, reading self-improvement and wellness books, and continually expanding my knowledge of our own products.

I am commited to staying current with holistic wellness practices, research, and emerging health trends. This helps me provide guidance that is thoughtful, current, and within the appropriate scope of a health coach.

Areas of Focus / Scope of Practice

I am a Certified Wholistic Health Coach with advanced training through the Institute of Wholistic Health, where I received in-depth education and ongoing support in whole-person wellness.

This training emphasizes understanding how nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, stress, movement, digestion, and daily habits work together to influence overall well-being.

My role is to educate, guide, and support using the comprehensive framework provided through this advanced program.

I primarily support women who are experiencing concerns such as low energy, poor sleep, stubborn weight, digestive discomfort, cravings, joint stiffness, and changes associated with perimenopause or menopause.

My focus is on helping women understand the bigger picture, identify realistic next steps, and create wellness routines that feel practical, sustainable, and suited to their individual goals.

My scope of practice includes providing guidance, education, and support for healthy lifestyle changes, while not diagnosing, treating, or prescribing medical care.

Lilly’s philosophy is rooted in the belief that wellness shouldn't be a mystery. By blending science with nature, she provides the roadmap for your healthiest transition.

My Philosophy

I believe that the body is always communicating and that ongoing symptoms deserve attention rather than dismissal.

I also believe symptoms should not be oversimplified. Many factors may influence how someone feels, including nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, digestion, lifestyle habits, medical conditions, and medication.

My role is to help women ask better questions, recognize patterns, explore options, and choose realistic next steps.

Wellness That Fits Real Life

Outside of coaching, I enjoy cottage life, walking, pickleball, gardening, preparing easy delicious meals, gluten-free baking, learning about wellness, and creating practical routines that fit real life.

I believe wellness should support the life you want to live rather than make your life feel more complicated.
