How Can a Wholistic Health Coach Earn Income?
Becoming a Wholistic Health Coach is not a salaried employment position. Coaches build an independent wellness business and may earn income through eligible product sales, client support, and business-building activities within the coaching community.
As your business grows, there may also be opportunities to mentor and support other coaches. When coaches you personally help develop begin serving clients and building their own wellness businesses, additional team-based compensation may be available according to the company’s compensation plan.
Earnings vary significantly and are not guaranteed. Income depends on many factors, including your consistency, communication skills, client development, product knowledge, leadership, mentorship, and the time and effort you choose to invest.
Certification provides education, tools, and support, but it does not guarantee clients, sales, team growth, or a specific income.

What Does It Cost to Get Started?
The cost of becoming a Certified Wholistic Health Coach depends on the certification, registration, tools, and optional products selected. Before you make a decision, I provide a clear explanation of: certification and registration costs, what is included, any optional product purchases, website or technology costs, ongoing or recurring expenses, and available training and support. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and review the complete information before deciding whether to proceed.
What Are the Challenges?
The flexibility and purpose of health coaching can be rewarding, but building a business also involves work, learning, and personal growth.

- Follow up consistently
- Create content or initiate conversations
- Build trust before making sales
- Hear “no” without taking it personally
- Manage their own schedule
- Develop business skills
- Remain consistent even when results are slow
These challenges do not mean the opportunity is a poor one. They mean it should be approached honestly, with realistic expectations and a willingness to learn.

Why I Became a Wholistic Health Coach
For years, I was doing many of the things we are told should help us feel healthy, yet I struggled with weight gain, poor sleep, night sweats, restless legs, low energy, and joint discomfort. More than anything, I didn’t feel like myself—and I knew that couldn’t just be part of getting older.
That led me to start learning more.
As I explored nutrition and how the body’s systems work together, I realized symptoms are often connected and part of a bigger picture. When I began improving my nutritional foundation and daily habits, I saw real changes—better energy, improved sleep, fewer symptoms, and healthier, sustainable weight loss.
That experience changed what I wanted to do.
I saw how many women are trying hard to feel better but feel overwhelmed by conflicting advice and quick fixes. I wanted to help them understand their bodies and find a realistic place to begin.
Becoming a Certified Wholistic Health Coach gave me the tools and structure to do that responsibly. What I love most is helping someone move from confusion to clarity and confidence.
I also value the flexibility this work provides—it allows me to build meaningful work around my life.
Today, more than ever, people are looking for a more complete, whole-body approach to health. The time is right for this kind of thinking.
Now, I want to help others explore whether this path could be right for them. My goal is to support the right people as they learn, grow, and build something meaningful—with honesty, purpose, and realistic expectations.
For me, this work is about more than products or income. It’s about helping people feel better, creating connection, and making a positive difference.
