What Happens After You Complete a Health Evaluation?

Completing a health or wellness evaluation can be a helpful first step when you know you want to feel better but are not sure where to begin.

However, many people hesitate because they do not know what will happen next.

Will someone call immediately? Will you receive a diagnosis? Will you be pressured to buy supplements?

The process should be clear, respectful and educational.

Here is what you can expect after completing the five-minute Health Evaluation offered through Lilly’s Wholistic Wellness.

Step 1: Your Answers Are Organized Into Wellness Categories

The Health Evaluation asks questions about symptoms and wellness concerns you may have experienced based on the last 30 days.

Your answers may relate to areas such as:

  • Energy and fatigue

  • Sleep

  • Digestion

  • Cravings and blood sugar

  • Hormonal balance

  • Joint stiffness or discomfort

  • Stress

  • Weight management

  • General nutritional support

The results help identify which categories appear to be creating the greatest concern for you.

The evaluation does not determine what disease or medical condition you have. It simply helps organize the information you provide.

Step 2: Your Main Concerns Are Identified

Most people have several things they would like to improve, but trying to address everything at once can feel overwhelming.

After reviewing the evaluation, the next step is to identify your top priorities.

You may be asked questions such as:

  • What are the three health concerns you would most like to improve?

  • How long have you been experiencing them?

  • How are they affecting your daily life?

  • What have you already tried?

  • What would feeling better allow you to do?

This conversation helps create a more personalized picture of your goals.

Step 3: You Receive Education, Not a Diagnosis

A health coach may explain how nutrition, sleep, hydration, stress, movement and daily habits can influence how you feel.

You may also learn why beginning with foundational nutrition is often considered before adding highly targeted products.

At Lilly’s Wholistic Wellness, the focus is on helping clients understand that the body often communicates through symptoms.

That does not mean every symptom is caused by a nutritional deficiency. Symptoms can have many possible causes, which is why persistent, severe or unexplained symptoms should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional.

Step 4: You May Receive Personalized Wellness Recommendations

Based on your goals and the information you have provided, you may receive suggestions related to:

  • Foundational nutrition

  • Protein intake

  • Hydration

  • Sleep routines

  • Movement

  • Reducing highly processed foods

  • Supporting digestion

  • Supplement options

  • Follow-up tracking

The recommendations should be explained clearly, including why each suggestion is being made.

You should also be told what the program may cost before deciding whether to proceed.

Step 5: You Decide What Happens Next

Completing the Health Evaluation does not obligate you to purchase supplements or join a program.

You may choose to:

  • Begin with the recommended foundational plan

  • Start with a smaller or more affordable option

  • Focus first on lifestyle habits

  • Ask more questions

  • Discuss the information with your doctor

  • Decide that the program is not right for you

The decision is yours.

A wellness evaluation should help you feel more informed, not pressured.

Step 6: Progress Can Be Reassessed

When a client begins a wellness program, it can be useful to repeat the evaluation after approximately 30 days.

This allows the client and coach to compare:

  • What has improved

  • What has stayed the same

  • Which habits have been easy or difficult to follow

  • Whether the plan should be adjusted

Progress is not always immediate or perfectly linear. A follow-up evaluation provides a structured way to notice changes that might otherwise be overlooked.

What a Health Evaluation Cannot Do

A wellness Health Evaluation cannot:

  • Diagnose a disease

  • Confirm a nutritional deficiency

  • Replace bloodwork or medical testing

  • Prescribe medication

  • Guarantee a health outcome

  • Determine whether it is safe to stop a medication

Always consult your physician, pharmacist or another qualified healthcare provider before making decisions involving medication, diagnosed medical conditions or significant symptoms.
